OverviewAccurately ring in food purchases, give change, and maintain a balanced drawer. Must be energetic, outgoing and able to interact with guests in a friendly and fun manner. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee's job is to get and keep guests. This may best be achieved by exceeding the expectations of guests' and supervisors and by maintaining Loon's brand.ResponsibilitiesMake sure drawer contents are counted and accurate before openingResponsible for keeping money neat and orderlyKeep track of all voids and over-ringsRing in proper payment with each transactionAssure payment is made for every itemMaintain an orderly operationMaintain the cleanliness of your areaHelp with closing proceduresMaintain a friendly, team spirit with a focus on guest serviceStock fruit bins, candy baskets and chip stands and other required itemsContribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactionsMeet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor and operations planQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
