Minimum Requirements: State Pharmacist license required for Iowa.At least 2 years of previous pharmacy experience required.Hospital pharmacy experience preferred; primary practice in adult med/surg and critical care preferred.EPIC electronic medical record experience required.Sterile compounding experience required.At least one completed travel contract preferred.Driver's license required.Work history/resume, current license verification, and copy of required certifications required at time of submission.Skills checklist completed within one year of submission required.One supervisory reference required at time of submission.Must have a taxable address outside a 50-mile radius of the facility. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital.Shift: Nights.Schedule: 7 on / 7 off.Shift length: 10-hour shifts, 2100 - 0700.Weekend requirement: Every other weekend; holidays per schedule.EMR: EPIC.Traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
