We are seeking an Otolaryngologist to support our growing patient population. Compensation: The starting salary for this position is $350,000, with potential earnings up to $399,000 in year 1 when factoring in bonus and benefits. Compensation grows in subsequent years with additional bonus eligibility, a comprehensive benefits package, and a clear pathway to partnership. A detailed compensation range and projections will be shared during the interview process.
