Litigation Attorney

Fuhrman & Dodge, S.C., a Middleton-based law firm, is looking to hire an associate attorney with an interest in commercial and civil litigation. The desired candidate must be licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin, and should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.  Our attorneys are allowed to work remotely when appropriate.Position requires strong advocacy skills and a person who can take the lead in a case from start to finish, including management of the file. Strong writing and research skills as well as an ability to effectively communicate with clients, coworkers, and opposing counsel are required.Compensation is commensurate with experience and provides an opportunity to control your own earning potential.Willingness to participate in business development efforts is essential.  Benefits provided include 401K, profit sharing, group life insurance, group long term disability insurance, and elective medical (cost shared), dental and vision insurance.Please email cover letter, resume, salary requirements, and writing sample to or send via USPS:Christopher J.
