The ideal candidate will have experience in talent sourcing, pre-screening, and initial onboarding of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates using our company's database and various recruiting tools, including Indeed, Vivian, and other job boards. Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct pre-screens and interviews to assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process. Communicate daily with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates. Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work" to attract top talent. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Proven work experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry. Hands-on experience with various selection processes and recruiting software (e.g., Zoho Recruit, TSS, Salesforce). Familiarity with Indeed, Vivian, and other job boards is important. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic, autonomy, and self-motivation. Benefits: Medical insurance. Sick hours.
