Material HandlerAs we are expanding in the Raleigh, NC market, we are looking for Material Handler candidates to build a talent pool for anticipated openings in Early 2026 at a manufacturing and distribution facility in Garner, NC. This first shift, temp-to-hire role offers competitive pay of $17.00-$18./hour based on experience and certifications.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucksMove raw materials and finished goods throughout warehouse following work ordersReceive incoming shipments - verify counts, inspect for damage, complete receiving documentationStage materials for production or shipment in designated locationsMaintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systemPerform inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepanciesEnsure proper storage and organization of materialsComplete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issuesFollow all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and PPE requirementsQualificationsPrevious warehouse or material handling experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 poundsComfortable operating warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and hand trucksBasic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systemsReliable transportation and strong attendance recordSafety-focused mindset and commitment to following protocolsForklift certification a plus but not requiredWillingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as neededEOEThank you for your interest in iBoost Talent, we are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and participate in the E-Verify eligibility confirmation program.
