Warehouse Worker Hospital Medical SuppliesWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Workers to join our team in a fast-paced medical supply distribution center. You will play a key role in ensuring that hospitals and healthcare facilities receive accurate, timely, and compliant deliveries of essential medical products.This position involves picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and cleanliness, due to the sensitive nature of the items being handled.Key Responsibilities:Pick and pack hospital and medical supply orders according to packing lists and shipping proceduresReceive, inspect, and store incoming medical products and suppliesEnsure accuracy of inventory by performing regular cycle counts and inventory checksOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and barcode scannersLabel, wrap, and prepare orders for shipping according to hospital or carrier requirementsFollow all safety protocols and hygiene standards required in a medical supply environmentMaintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., OSHA, FDA)Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucksCommunicate with supervisors or team leads regarding shortages, damages, or shipment delaysSupport other warehouse tasks and cross-functional duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious warehouse experience preferred, especially in medical or regulated environmentsAbility to lift to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsBasic math and reading skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsForklift certification is a plus (or willingness to be trained)Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict timelinesPreferred Experience:Experience handling medical supplies or working in a healthcare distribution centerKnowledge of inventory systems and barcode scanning technologyUnderstanding of sterile, temperature-sensitive, or hazardous product handlingWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly payHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for training, certification, and advancementA clean, safe, and team-oriented work environment supporting frontline healthcare
