Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance in residents' apartmentsTroubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issuesComplete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer servicePerform unit turnovers / make-readiesMaintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed workCollaborate with team members to improve service efficiency RequirementsPrevious maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family or residential settingKnowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailTools and reliable transportation.
