Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.Bartender DescriptionTaking food & beverage orders (tray service), Mixing, garnishing, and serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant. Keeping the bar fully stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service. (Thorough cleaning and stocking mostly done toward beginning & end of shifts) Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.Responsibilities· Prepare alcohol or mocktail beverages for bar and restaurant patrons· Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks· Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations· Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails· Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies· Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience· Comply with all food and beverage regulationsRequirements· Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender· Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks· Computer literacy· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills· Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean at all times· Basset & Food Handler's certificate neededCompany DescriptionOpen since 1997 we are hold true to our motto: "to exceed our guests expectations"... we give big portions in food and with a warm smile.
