Education:Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred Certification:BLS/CPR certification required Experience:Minimum of 3 years' experience in appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred Skills:N/A What you will do:Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput Would assume direct patient care if necessary Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s) Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills Takes lead on clinical performance management Benefits (For full time or part time positions):Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
