Warehouse AssociateSnelling Staffing is currently hiring for a Cross Dock / Warehouse Associate to work in a fast-paced distribution environment. This position involves loading and unloading trailers, moving product, and using warehouse equipment to keep operations running smoothly. We are looking for dependable individuals who can work in a high-volume setting and follow directions carefully. Job Duties Load and unload incoming and outgoing trailers Sort, palletize, and move product within the warehouse Use RF scanner to track product and inventory movement Scan labels and barcodes accurately Operate an electric pallet jack to move materials Follow all warehouse and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to read, write, and follow instructions Basic math skills for counting and quantities Ability to identify colors, sizes, labels, and product numbers Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to lift, move, and handle product throughout the shift Must be willing to work overtime when needed Ability to learn warehouse systems and RF scanner use Ability to become certified on warehouse equipment if required Work Environment Warehouse / distribution setting Fast-paced and physical work Standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift May require overtime based on workload HireQuest does not discriminate on the basis of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or other legally protected group status in making hiring or employment decisions.
