Medical Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join our laboratory team. This position requires attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to perform a wide variety of laboratory tests in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work well both independently and as part of a team, contributing to accurate and timely patient care.Key Responsibilities:Perform laboratory tests in areas such as Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Transfusion Services, and more.Follow established protocols to ensure accurate and reliable test results.Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, as well as manage inventory of supplies.Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure proper handling and interpretation of test results.Provide excellent service to patients and healthcare staff with professionalism and compassion.Document test results and ensure compliance with regulations and hospital standards.Participate in team discussions to improve patient care processes.Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and HIPAA regulations.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in acute careCertification: ASCP MLT or AMTInterested?
