Required Skills: Board Certified in Hematology and/or Oncology Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience Proficiency in Epic electronic medical records and Ai charting tools Demonstrated ability to manage chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment NY state medical license in good standing Nice to Have Skills: Experience with inpatient consultations Additional certifications in advanced oncology procedures Familiarity with outpatient clinic workflows and interprofessional collaboration Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Prior experience with growth-stage programs or clinical expansion Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from accredited institution Current NY medical license Prior outpatient oncology practice experience Proven track record of managing high patient volumes (18-20 patients/day) Other Requirements: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Valid NY state license and malpractice statement if applicable Epic experience essential; Ai charting preferred Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility for overtime Cell phone usage required for remote charting and communication Professional attire and closed-toe shoes required Shift hours: 08:00 AM – 07:00 PM This position offers an hourly pay rate of $527.44, with benefits including comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), weekly pay via direct deposit, competitive referral bonuses, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable.
