Graphic Designer NextStep AI · Auburn, WA · On-site · Full-timeAbout the RoleWe're looking for an entry-level graphic designer who can own the visual identity of NextStep across our brand, marketing, web presence, and product interfaces. You'll work directly with the founding team to shape how the world sees NextStep, from logos and style guides to landing pages, pitch decks, and social content.This is a full-time, on-site role with real ownership from day one. You won't be filling in templates. You'll be defining the visual language for an AI-native learning platform that's already live and growing. You'll use modern agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Figma Make to move fast and ship real work, not just mockups.No industry experience required. We care about taste, work ethic, and whether you can build.
