Sr Kronos Consultant

Sr Kronos Consultant Fulltime (85 to 90 K) University of Florida Shands Once a month Onsite * New Hire will need to Relocate to FL * Can remotely work from anywhere in FL (Prefer Gainesville) * Will atleast have to show up monthly atleast one day (predefined as a team) working day from Work Office * Coming to work will be at Employee's expense Technical and Professional Requirements: * Should have 5+ years of experience in Kronos Workforce Management. Someone who can migrate from Kronos Central to Kronos Dimension * Should have extensive consulting/technical experience in the end-to-end Kronos implementations, rollouts, upgrades,, and support projects and should be well versed in Requirements Gathering, Solution Design and Development, Quality Assurance, Deployment, Post Go-Live Support, and End User Education. * Should have a good working knowledge of Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Scheduler, Workforce Connect, Workforce Analytics, and Workforce Integration Manager. * Experience in Kronos version/service pack upgrade * Should have sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like accruals, attendance tracking, compliance monitoring, employee Self Service, fatigue management, leave management, overtime management, schedule optimization, timekeeping, work authorization, activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity,, and incentive pay. Responsibilities : Performing configuration, implementation, enhancements, and troubleshooting of Workforce Applications including Kronos Accruals, Timekeeper, WDM & Kronos Terminals, and Workforce Integration Manager. * Designing, Integrating, Implementing, Developing, and Supporting high-quality WFM business solutions. * Extensive experience in various Workforce Management disciplines: * Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) * Kronos Workforce Central Timekeeper (WFC) * Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) * Time & Attendance * Accruals * Schedule Optimization * Genies/Reporting * WIM interface - creating new interfaces, modifying existing interfaces. * Experience in Kronos WFC 5, 6.2, 6.3, 7,8 and 8.1. * Experience in Kronos WFD.
